Doctoral Consortium:
Reviewer and Panelist Application
The 2023 doctoral consortium will be held at the Cancun Convention Center, on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 9-5pm Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 9am-5.30pm.
We are looking for a diverse set of DC Reviewers & Panel Members. Please apply here by June 4, 2023.
We invite DC panelists and Reviewers who are at different stages of their career (Assistant Professors to Full Professors; Research Scientists and Post-Docs). We expect that these individuals will have published in UbiComp, ISWC or other top conferences.
DC Reviewers Responsibilities include

Reviewing research documents from a small number of participants (we will try to limit this number to three students), June 10th-25th.
DC Panelists Responsibilities include

Reviewing research documents from a small number of participants (we will try to limit this number to three students), June 10th-25th.

Providing verbal feedback during the consortium on October 9th.

Panelists will also be asked to share more general research-related advice and may be asked to participate in a panel during the day on post-PhD careers and research.
Please note: Panel members are not compensated, you will have to pay for travel and lodging related to the doctoral consortium. The panel commitment is MAX 2 hours. They do not need to attend the full 8-hour session. However, DC panelists will be invited to the DC dinner that will take place at the end of the day with the DC chairs and the students.
If you are interested in serving as a DC Reviewer and Panel member please complete the application form by June 4th.
We will notify you by June 7th to let you know if you have been selected as a reviewer. And we will notify you by July 31st if you are selected as a DC panelist. Please direct any questions to the DC Chairs.
