Undergraduate Centre – Workshops (Sun-Mon)
The workshops are organised in the U-wing of the Undergraduate Centre. We recommend using T-entrance via Rakentajanaukio for straight access to the U-wing. If there is a need for accessible parking, there are accessible parking spots in front of the N-entrance of Otakaari. Staff key is required for using the N-entrance, so please contact the inclusion chairs in advance to ensure you can enter without difficulty.
All conference spaces used during the workshop days are wheelchair accessible.
Some workshop rooms are equipped with induction loops. If you require one, please inform the accessibility chairs in advance so we can ensure it is available.
Accessible restrooms are available in the workshop venues. There will be silent rooms available throughout the workshop days for different needs, including as sensory-friendly spaces and for nursing.
There is a stairlift access to the main hall and cafeteria from the U-wing.
