The Gadget Show is without registration. Just cue up at the beginning of the show and present your newest Gadget! We encourage also those that show a demo or a poster to show their Gadget to the audience.

Biography:
Tom Martin‘s areas of research include electronic textiles, wearable and pervasive computing, and interdisciplinary design. He is the co-director, with Mark Jones, of the Virginia Tech Electronic Textiles Lab. He is also the Director of Strategic & Creative Initiatives at the Virginia Tech Institute for Creativity, Arts and Technology (ICAT).

The ACM international joint conference on pervasive and ubiquitous computing (ubicomp) is the result of a merger of the two most renowned conferences in the field: pervasive and ubicomp. while it retains the name of the latter in recognition of the visionary work of mark weiser, its long name reflects the dual history of the new event. a complete list of both ubicomp and pervasive past conferences is provided below.
