Submission Templates

Please find the templates for the UbiComp 2013 submission tracks below.

Please download and use the required templates to prepare your submission. Submissions must be in PDF format and conform to the guidelines specified in each individual call. For deadlines, see the appropriate calls. Whether submissions should be anonymised or not is indicated in the text of individual calls.

All conference submissions (papers, notes, posters, demos, and videos) should be submitted using the UbiComp Online Submission System at Ubicomp Online Submission System (PCS). For the submission modalities of workshop papers, please refer to the web sites of each individual workshop. All accepted submissions will be included in the ACM Digital Library.

For the page limit of workshop papers please refer to the web site of individual workshops.

Templates for Posters, Demos, and Videos

Please note that the templates have been update on April 24, 2013. All authors should make sure they are using the latest version of the templates. The page limit for extended abstract for Poster, Demo, and Video submissions has accordingly been extended from 2 to 4 pages. For the page limit of workshop papers please refer to the web site of individual workshops.

Templates for Doctoral School

Please note that the templates have been update on June 4, 2013. All authors should make sure they are using the latest version of the templates. Junior PhD student submissions should be 2-4 pages long while Senior PhD student submissions should be 4-6 pages long.
