While every effort has been made to have full and correct instructions on this page at the time of publishing, it is possible that new requirements may come to light, e.g. due to author or forum chair requests. Therefore, please monitor this page at appropriate intervals, and in particular please make a final check before submitting your camera-ready versions. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please do NOT send any submissions to publications-2003@ubicomp.org, as this email account is not capable of receving large submissions without running over quota.
* video submissions must also be sent, along with the video itself, via ftp to the video chairs as specified in their recent email to authors.
The camera-ready copies of all submissions, subject to the formatting instructions below, must be sent in PDF format to the email address specified above by the deadline specified above. Large submissions may be "zip"-compressed, or may be submitted by putting them on the web and emailing the URL. Submission emails must either be from, or include within them, a corresponding email address which will be checked in timely fashion, to resolve any problems with the submission. Please mention the forum (Poster, Doctoral, etc) in the subject line.
Late submission, or submission in an incorrect format, may result in exclusion from the adjunct proceedings, as the production timetable is quite tight. Please take the time to read this document and make sure your submission is in the format described.
If you change your author names or ordering, submission title, or institutions between the original submission and the final submission, please make this clear in your email, so the correct details can be propagated to the website.
If you have any queries about the formatting requirements, please do not hesitate to contact the publications chair, James Scott, at publications-2003@ubicomp.org. If you have any queries about the content of your submission, please contact your editor (see above).
Thank you for your cooperation in making the production of the adjunct proceedings go smoothly.
