It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the *28th Conference on
Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks,* ICIN 2025, which is a
flagship event of the Telecom research community and will be held on March
11 - 14, 2025, in Paris, France, one of the most cosmopolitan capitals in
the world.

For its the 2025 edition, ICIN will host an international forum where
industry, academia, and standard development organizations will convene to
discuss about the emergence and future developments, related to the
conference theme: *“Towards full life cycle automation in the
IoT-edge-cloud continuum”*

Digital communication and computer infrastructures are the most complex and
largest systems created by mankind. They took various forms such as the
Internet, the IoT or the 5G and 5G+ cellular networks. Their convergence
accelerates and will materialize into a sophisticated digital system based
on various technologies ranging from Data Centers to IoT, highly
virtualized and programmable. A complementary set of scientific domains has
contributed to the design and management of these systems.

The conference will foster discussion about new ideas and approaches for
