Dear Colleagues,

We are editing a new Springer Book (approved) entitled *“**Generative
AI in Higher Education Assessment – Theory, Practice,
and Ethical Implications*  *". *


 *Topics of Interest:*

This book aims to engage a diverse audience of researchers, academics, and
professionals across various disciplines to explore and exchange innovative
ideas, methodologies, theories, and applications addressing the
opportunities and challenges inherent in the integration of *Generative AI
in higher education assessment*. The focus will be on examining the
theoretical foundations, practical implementations, and ethical
implications of using Generative AI to transform assessment practices in
higher education. We invite contributions that delve into the broader
aspects of Generative AI, offering insights and solutions that contribute
to the advancement of assessment methodologies, fairness, transparency, and
accountability in the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.


Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers to this book.

Submission is done by email to : m.lahby at enscasa.ma

*Submission Procedure:*

Authors are invited to submit their full chapter by *Feb 10 th, 2025.*
 Manuscripts
submitted for the book must be original, must not be previously published
or currently under review anywhere. Submitted manuscripts should respect
the standard guidelines of the Springer chapter format.

Manuscripts must be prepared using Latex, or Word, and according to
the manuscript
preparation guidelines, following the link below :

Chapter should contain between 15-25 pages.

Manuscripts that do not follow the formatting rules will be rejected
without review.

NB: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to
this book for publication. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind
peer review editorial process

The chapter prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism from
licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin, iThenticate, etc. The
similarity content should not exceed 20% (in any case either self -sourced
contents or others).

Chapter submission extended  : *March 15th, 2025 (firm deadline)*
Notification of Acceptance :  March 30, 2025
Revised chapter submission :  April 15th, 2025
Final acceptance :May 1st, 2025
Online with DOI : First half of 2025


*Abstracting and Indexing:*

The accepted chapters will be published by *Springer* and indexed in
*Scopus*
