be held in Kaifeng, China, October 30 - November 02, 2024.
We will be pretty happy to see all authors manage to attend IEEE ISPA-2024.

*INTRODUCTION*
---------------------
With the rapid growth in science and technology, the past decade has
witnessed a proliferation of powerful concurrent and parallel systems and
an increasing demand for parallel and distributed processing with
applications. ISPA has turned into an important guarantee for the quality
of
parallel programming and has become a key technology in determining
future research
and development activities in many academic and industrial branches.

Among a series of highly successful International Conferences on Parallel
and Distributed Processing with Applications (ISPA), the IEEE ISPA-2024
conference is
the 22nd edition of a forum for engineers and scientists in academia,
industry, and government to address the resulting profound challenges and
to present and
discuss their new ideas, research results, applications and experience on
all aspects of parallel and distributed processing with applications.

The 2024 IEEE International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed
Processing with Applications (IEEE ISPA 2024) will provide a high-profile,
leading-edge forum
for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-art
advances and innovations in multicore, multithreaded, heterogeneous,
clustered systems,
distributed systems, grids, clouds, edge, and large scale machines for the
ISPA, as well as to identify emerging research topics and define the future.

IEEE ISPA-2024 will be hosted in Kaifeng. Kaifeng is located in central
China, eastern Henan, the hinterland of the Central Plains, on the coast of
the Yellow River,
which is one of the first batch of national historical and cultural cities
with a history of more than 4,100 years. The Xia Dynasty, the Wei State
during the Warring
States Period, the Later Liang Dynasty, the Later Jin Dynasty, the Later
Han Dynasty, the Later Zhou Dynasty, the Northern Song Dynasty, the Jin
Dynasty, etc. had
their capitals in Kaifeng, so this place is known as the "Ancient Capital
of the Eight Dynasties". It gave birth to the far-reaching"Song Culture"
that inherited the Han
and Tang Dynasties and inspired the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Kaifeng has a
long history and rich food culture, attracting a large number of tourists
every year.

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to IEEE ISPA-2024.
All accepted papers are expected to be included in IEEE Xplore and will be
indexed by
Engineering Index (EI). The authors of selected best papers will be invited
post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of
prestigious journals
to be planned in conjunction with the conference.

*SUBMISSION GUIDELINES*
-------------------------------
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference
submission website (EDAS) in
PDF format at (https://edas.info/N32470) Each paper is limited to 8 pages
(or 10 pages with an over-length charge)
for a regular full paper, 6 pages (or 8 pages with over-length charge) for
a full paper including figures
and references using the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscripts
style (two columns,
single-spaced, font size 10). Pages must be US letter size (8.5 by 11
inches) or A4 size (210 x 297 mm).
The PDF issues generate warnings: obsolete type-3 fonts. These PDF issues
prevent upload: fonts not embedded,
scanned image, conversion to text failed and encrypted file.

Papers accepted by ISPA 2024 conference will be published by the IEEE
Computer Society Press. All accepted papers will
be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers presented at the
conference, after further revision, will invited for
submission to a special issue.
