Hope you are well and healthy. The IEEE SmartCity-2024 Conference was planned to be held in Wuhan, China, December 13-15, 2024. We will be pretty happy to see all authors manage to attend SmartCity-2024. Please consider to contribute and submit your original research papers to IEEE SmartCity-2024.

INTRODUCTION

-----------------------

Smart cities (also smarter cities) use digital technologies to enhance performance and wellbeing, to reduce costs and resource consumption, and to engage more effectively and actively with its citizens. Developing a smart city to better support growing urban population is a global and complex challenge and involves interdisciplinary fields. Key ‘smart’ sectors include transportation, smart building, energy, health care, and water systems.

IEEE SmartCity-2024 is aiming to be a premier international conference in smart city. This conference is to bring together computer scientists, industrial engineers and researchers to discuss and exchange experimental or theoretical results, novel designs, work-in-progress, experience, case studies, and trend-setting ideas in the area of smart city.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style (two columns, single spaced, 10 fonts). All papers need to be submitted electronically through the website with PDF: (https://edas.info/N32669)

PROCEEDINGS & SPECIAL ISSUES

-----------------------------------------------

Accepted conference papers will be published by IEEE (IEEE-DL and El indexed). At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. Selected papers, after further extensions and revisions, will be recommended to special issues. For more information, please visit our website:
