INTRODUCTION

Dear Colleagues,

Hope you are well and healthy. The IEEE HPCC/DSS/SmartCity/DependSys-2021
Conferences will be held at Haikou, China, December 17-19, 2021. We will be
pretty happy to see all authors manage to attend
HPCC/DSS/SmartCity/DependSys-2021. However,  given the COVID-19 pandemic
and associated travel restrictions, as the safety of people is of the
highest priority, we know that special circumstances are best handled by
having flexible options, and thus we are offering the option of either
physical presence or virtual participation. Please consider to contribute
and submit your original research papers to
HPCC/DSS/SmartCity/DependSys-2021.



Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to
HPCC/DSS/SmartCity/DependSys-2021. All accepted papers are expected to be
included in IEEE Xplore and will be indexed by Engineering Index (EI). The
authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend
their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be
planned in conjunction with the

conference.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under
submission elsewhere. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with
over length charge) including figures and references using IEEE Computer
Society Proceedings Manuscripts style. Papers are to be submitted as PDF
via the site: https://edas.info/

PROCEEDINGS & SPECIAL ISSUES

All accepted papers in the main tracks, workshops, special sessions and

poster sessions will be published in an IEEE Computer Society proceedings
(EI indexed).

Extended versions of selected excellent papers will be considered
for publication in several special issues of a number of excellent journals.
